Staging for Real Esate

Here is an empty home that I recently staged so it could be placed on the market for sale.   I worked with realtor Patti Keir from Coldwell Banker and this is her listing of the property in Frisco, Texas.   http://apps2.shoot2sell.net/gallery/5068-thackery-dr-frisco-tx/#.UmLK55V8DKs.email

The landscaping was fine-tuned for a beautiful manicured entry

A colorful wreath and mums were added to the entrance

A blank slate... living and dining areas

I kept the furnishings very neutral and sparse so prospective buyers could imagine their own furnishings in the space

A view from the entry into the living and dining areas on the left, and the family room on the right

Another view of the living room facing the entryway

The same viewpoint after staging

Staircase/Entry before

And after.....sometimes 'less' is best!

Family Room/Kitchen Breakfast Area...Before

Family Room Before:  The only furnished room in the home

Family Room After:  Removed a recliner, added the sofa table that was in the living room, added plants, throws pillows, lamp and accessorized the built-ins.

Powder Room Before....

Powder Room After....changed up artwork and towels, removed toiletries

Breakfast Area off Kitchen before....

And After....removed the curtains, pillows, tablecloth and added a bright tabletop arrangement

Another View looking at the Breakfast Area from the Kitchen

The Kitchen Before....while a thorough cleaning was underway

And After.....with much needed pops of color using a cookbook, bowl of fruit and some greens

Another View....Shiny and clean surfaces.  So important!

Master Bedroom had a bed and large TV;  A new bedding set with pillows were added, artwork, side table, lamp and plants.  The TV was previously positioned in front of this window.

A corner of the bedroom with a built-in

And the 'corner' afterwards with a chair added from the family room.  The TV was relocated from in front of the windows blocking the great view of the pool to this wall.  Artwork, end table and accessories added.

Master Bath....added art, decorative towels, greens and removed all counters of toiletries and various throw rugs.

The Exterior had too many chair and table sets....

Extra tables and chairs were removed to keep the area looking spacious and inviting, windows and pool were cleaned, landscaping tuned up, and spotlights all got new bulbs!

Added mums for a pop of color

Please email Patti Keir of Coldwell Banker at pattikeircbdallas@gmail.com if interested in this property or any other of her listings.  It is a beautiful home in a beautifully manicured neighborhood!  Thanks for viewing!
